  • You can find us at the Daylesford Sunday Market in Daylesford Victoria, June 2024 onwards. If you are a gourmet food lover this market is amazing.

  • We will have our first stall at the Ballarat Farmers Market on Saturday 13th July 2024 as a part of the Bastille Weekend Events.

  • Bastille Day is Sunday 14th July 2024, a wonderful day to celebrate all things French. Truffles have a strong association with France and so we are looking forward to being a part of the Hanging Rock Winery Bastille Weekend of Wine & Gourmet Food.

*Mineral Springs Truffles is a part of the Central Highlands Growers & Producers Collective that includes farmers, markets and food hubs.

*We were a part of the Heritage Harvest Weekend, Sovereign Hill 25 & 26 May 2024 which was a wonderful event.
