Halloumi Cheese with Truffle Honey (for Cheeseboards)
If you have Truffle Honey, this is a delicious addition to drizzle over your halloumi cheese and bring an extra gourmet delicacy to your cheeseboard.

- Halloumi Cheese
- Favorite Crackers
- Favorite Cheese selection
Steps
1. Prepare and style your cheeses and crackers as you typically do when preparing a cheeseboard.
2. Cut thin or chunky slices of the halloumi cheese (whatever your preference) and heat in a frying pan using olive oil. Heat on both sides until golden brown.
3. Place the warm halloumi cheese on a plate or in a bowl & drizzle with truffle honey. If the halloumi cheese is warm, you will not need to warm the truffle honey as the warmth will release the truffle aroma and flavor. If the cheese is cold, slightly warm the truffle honey in a vessel of boiling water or the microwave.
4. Relax and enjoy your delicious cheeseboard and your decadent halloumi with truffle honey.
