Truffle Honey Roasted Carrots
These truffle honey roasted carrots are a beautiful addition to any table. The colours and taste are so divine, a sweetness mixed with the Moorish truffle taste. I warm you they are rather addictive!
Ingredients
1 bunch carrots
1 tablespoon truffle honey
Good Olive Oil (2 tablespoons)
Salt (light sprinkle)
Pepper (light sprinkle
Thyme or Rosemary (1 stems)
Steps for cooking
Heat your oven to 180 degrees
Select a bunch of carrots that take your fancy, clean and add to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Drizzle some oil over of the carrots and some truffle honey. Add as much or as little as you wish.
Add a dash of salt and pepper then cover with some aluminum foil
Place in the over at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. If you are using larger carrots, you will need to adjust the cooking time. Also adjust depending on how soft or firm you like your cooked carrots.
